No. Coaching is goal-agnostic and includes joy-based practice; mentoring is career-focused only.
No. Elna Project is informed by the realities of conflict but is not a clinical or trauma-response service. Participants needing that kind of support are referred elsewhere.
Coaching and mentoring are free during the 2026 pilot. Pricing after the pilot will be announced once confirmed.
